The Stewart Source Email Newsletter

Client: Stewart Title of Austin, LLC

“The Stewart Source” was a weekly email sent out by the sales team to inform agents of updated marketing collateral they could request, as well as classes and events hosted by our company. The newsletter’s logo and design were created to match with branding guidelines. Images in the header would change weekly, focusing on current topics. Changes in branding led to the modification of the header design and use of the company’s new logo, but the design of the newsletter’s logo and layout remained unaffected.

The image of the three houses was composed in Photoshop from three images from iStock to communicate the piece’s ability to be used for multiple houses. The layout of the form was done in Adobe InDesign. The print version was a double-sided tri-fold piece with space for five houses to keep notes for, with an interactive digital version also available.

Pop-Bys

Pop-bys were printed tags akin to those attached to gift baskets. For these, the sales team would have a list of tag lines they wanted to use, and we would create images to go along with them. I created the first two images in Adobe Illustrator. Image three was a photograph taken in-office, with props staged by me.
